Group Flight for Air-Land Packages
Air-Land Group Flights with UA/OS/LH
All students traveling to and from Cleveland with Ms. Karam are on the following flights with United UA/Austrian OS/Lufthansa LH, traveling in economy class with a guaranteed seat assignment (at ticketing) and one checked bag already included in the airfare. Group flights cannot be upgraded or changed. Seat requests are handled by the airline and are subject to a surcharge.

Accommadation
8 nights in carefully selected city-center hotels in Vienna, Bratislava, and Prague.
Inside Europe Host
A multi-lingual team member will be with your group from arrival to departure, assisting with all logistics and also introducing everyone to this incredible destination.
Daily Breakfast, Dinner
Two meals per day are included: breakfast and usually dinner. We're foodies at Inside Europe and look forward to introducing our travelers to hearty local Austrian, Slovakian, and Czech fare.
Transportation
Modern coach and experienced bus drivers get everyone safely from one destination to the next -- unless it's easier and safe to walk (for example in the historic city centers)
3 Performances
Concerts are at the core of this performance tour and will be professionally organized and promoted. 3 formal concerts and a likely exchange and festival are currently being planned.
Sightseeing + Entrances
Once the touring ensemble is confirmed, we'll plan the sightseeing around the performance opportunities. Entrance to major sites up to $50 per traveler are included in the tour cost.

Increases in Airfare A/L
$1,401 airfare with UA/OS/LH is the included cost for flights on the Air-Land A/L option. Flights to/from CLE.

Mandatory as required by WRA Choirs, to include Trip Cancellation
Tips of suggested $110
Tips will go directly to the host, local guides and bus drivers assisting you in Austria, Slovakia, and Czechia. This money is to be brought in cash on the tour.

Special Dietary Needs
Travelers with a very limited diet or specific needs (gluten-free, vegan, etc.) may need to pay a nominal fee to accommodate their dietary needs at all or some eateries when eating with the group.

Pricing is based on the following exchange 1 Euro = $1.15. If the exchange rate fluctuates by +/- 2 percent, pricing will adjusted in accordance.
Participant Fluctuation
Pricing is based on 35 participants. -- if the number is lower or higher, pricing will change accordingly due to shared transportation costs, gas, tolls, etc.
ETIAS Fee
ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorization System) application fee of estimated €20 if it is in effect at the time of travel.
